The above offered group classes can be taken by students of all levels.
Private Classes: can be arranged at Om Linga Studio or at your House/Office.
* Pre-registration required. (Please check Fees Schedule at www.omlinga.com and click on Om Linga Yoga Center) Weight loss class is an intense 20 hour two(2) weeks series( everyday class). Minimum enrollment of three(3) students required for weight loss class to be conducted

Weight Loss/Immunity Energization:
Unique healthy holistic approach to lose weight and learn to maintain the body weight/Energizing your Immunity System by self discovering the wisdom within and restoring your natural balance through a two-fold approach. The first approach is to integrate Sampoorna Yoga in to your daily life by learning specific techniques of Sampoorna Yoga derived from the Upanishads incorporating Kriyas,Breathing, Meditation, Chanting, Exercises, and Asanas.The second approach is to bring strength and vitality to your daily life by eating healthy nutritious food, learning to dissolve stress, changing the behavior patterns by exercising control over the mind, and awakening the inner creativity/healing potential within you.

Yoga-Dance:

Yoga Dance is an aesthetic blend of yoga postures,mudras,expressions and movements that heals the body,mind and spirit, enabling you to connect with your inner peace and divinity.
