Easwer, Ganesh, a resident of Los Angeles, California, is the first male disciple of the late guru Sri. Rajarathnam Pillai. Ganesh has shown deep involvement and interest in dance, music and yoga from his childhood. He has participated in several dance-dramas and performed on several occasions during his undergraduate school days. While pursuing his Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University, Kansas, U.S.A. during 1981 through 1983, he started exploring different dance forms. Due to his passion for dance he started experimenting various dance forms in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A, from 1983 through 1989 and in the year 1990 he decided to master the art of Bharatanatyam and Carnatic music. He went to Madras, India in 1990 and started intensive training in "VAZHUVOOR BANI" with the late guru Sri. S.K. Rajarathnam Pillai. In 1994 he completed the rigorous training and started performing and teaching professionally.Ganesh has performed on several occasions in Madras, India from 1991 through 1996. To mention a few, in December,1995 he performed at the "Natya Utsav" dance festival conducted by "Bharat Kalachar" and at the "Shankarabharanam Trust" dance festival in 1996.

In 1996, he performed as the principal male dancer and choreographer with Padma Menon Dance Theater, Australia, for their works "Relations" and "Agni" touring Australia from May 96 Until October 96. In November 1996, he performed with Padma Menon Dance Theatre in major cities in India, namely Bombay, Bangalore, and Calcutta, as part of the Australian Government New Horizon Trade and Cultural Program. He has also performed many solo Bharathanatyam dance recitals during 1996 and 1997. Dance critics have given outstanding reviews about Ganesh's performance in the leading newspapers, both in Australia and in India.

Easwer Ganesh and Pierre Vuerings founded the Om Linga Center in Los Angeles, U.S.A. in 1999. Ganesh and the students of Om Linga have performed on several occasions in Los Angeles, U.S.A. and France from 1999 through 2004.

Ganesh has completed advanced training program in Carnatic music and advanced training in nattuvangam from "Kalapeetham," Madras under guru Sri. Bagavathalu Seetarama Sarma. He has undergone training in nuances of Abhinaya skills from Padmabushan Smt. Kalanidhi Narayan. He has conducted many classes/workshops in Bharatanatyam dance, Nattuvangam, Abhinaya, and Carnatic music in India, Australia, France and U.S.A.

Ganesh does "nattuvangam" (art of conducting dance recital), performs, choreographs, and teaches Bharathanatyam dance, Yoga & YogaDance in Los Angeles, California. He is a vocalist for dance recitals and teaches Carnatic music. Ganesh is committed to spread the glory of this art by regular performances and teaching in U.S.A and other countries.
